Buy coins problem

Keep getting error messages when im trying to buy coins.

Now it says: Package already bought, but not downloadeed. Press OK to download.

Then i get an error message again.

Sorry, something wrong in purhase.

I tried to buy a couple times tho, hope they dont charge me for all the attempts...

Tested it on my girls phone just now, she got an itunes account registered in the US and it worked smooth...But It still dont work on mine...(Norwegian account)

haha we are so simillar.... i tried to buy 19.90 package, after notice it can't work, i press few times too.... if everytime i press charge.... i'm gonna faint

OMG, finally someone got the same problem. I thought I am the only one that got this problem. I got the same error. Someone please do somehting about it cus at some point I do need coint to buy special items to upgrade my genaral title.

P.S so is this a bug or just the user account personal error?

If you are running a jailbroken iDevice you will need to delete appsync from Cydia.
Other than That try it again or message support by going to "general"-->"Kingdom Management"-->"contact support team"-->"click here"-->then insert your message with a full description including iTunes balance; etc.
also are you buying coins with the iTunes acct you downloaded haypi on?

Yes, I downloaded Haypi Kingdom on my IPhone 3GS and was purchasing coins through the Iphone...I have a credit card on file...and even went to itunes and changed credit card numbers in case there was a problem...no luck still....any more ideas??

I did all the support solutions that I know of. I try reboot my device, make sure to using the same account to download the app and buy the in app purchase (coins), contact itune support as advice by the haypi team (which it recommended me to contact back to the game developer), check my account balance, BUT still my luck is very random. Once in a bluemoon, I will be able to buy but only in the small package.
Any more Ideas?
