Taem, in the test I was referring to, my troops were hunting in an unoccupied oasis. A player from another alliance then occupied the oasis. My troops did not return to my barracks. They continued to hunt. Even after he resigned and attacked and occupied again. I'm sorry that I wasn't clear how we ran the test.

Many moons ago, Degan, while on s8, Frentic and I heard you could steal the troops to your own army this way. Naturally we tried. I wish I could remember the outcome, of course Frentic did not gain control of my troops, but whether or not they came home eludes me. Frentic believes they stayed hunting. I am inclined to believe him.
I remember I fell asleep during the experiment, and didn't hunt my remaining armies. They were mercilessly slaughtered by someone and it was fortunate that Frentic didn't get my cats in the oasis, because they represented all I had left! Lmao
I'll have to try again for myself. I remember AT telling me once that they return home in this instance, and that is what I was going by when I posted. Having thought about it, I will retry this test today or tomorrow and post the results, with ss if applicable.
Truth be told, I have always played under this impression.

Nowonder just tried this too, and you can not force troops back by occupying an oasis that they are hunting in. It may have been true once, but it's a myth now. My favorite part of this is that when faced with a few rational options for troops being home -
1) My Team mate got cropped
2) My team mate forgot to hunt and went to bed
3) My team mate accidentally occupied an oasis instead of hunting and went to bed

We can arrive at conclusion X - Shazam! alliance have hitherto undocumented magical powers over the haypi servers and can return enemy troops home by uttering incantations. cmon!!

Having said that, 2 of nowonder's boys claim they were magicked home in the night, and had troops killed.

Yeah, at least 2 or 3 of our fellows have had troops harvested while sleeping. They have the Hunt Reports, with a time on them while sleeping. Then, shortly after, they have War Reports, with somebody in shazaam! attacking.
So, yeah, along with Phil saying that I will eventually work it out, it seems that somebody knows something that I don't know.

I will say this harvesting by another player has not happened to me, and I have not seen the Hunt & War Reports for myself. But I am inclined to believe at least 2 of the people who it has happened to. And in Nowonder's clan, I believe the same thing has happened.

It may not have anything to do with something shazaam! does, other than diligent scouting, and quick reactions. But I would like to learn what Phil seems to be hinting at.

Phill u forget to mention that in order to get the siren unit an her techs u must own 5 level 10 oasis at min an I probaly shouldn't here in forums lol also the sirens level 1 tech ninja absorb costs 1m haypi gold an 100 coins a heft price to pay for some
