Password reset!

I have a friend on server 4 that just got his account hacked. I was looking for a possible password reset on the forums. His account is tied to a valid email account. Why not include a password reset tool on the forums since the forum account is tied to the game?

send a message to kingdomsupport@haypi.com with the following information
original email: xxxx@xx.xxx
accuont name: xxxx
original password: xxxx
and other useful information such as alliances private messages etc. prestige

btw if they didnt change his email you can do it via my account then recover pw

Unfortunately, it looks like his email address got changed too! I will try to contact support like you mentioned. I tried contacting support while in game but have not heard anything.

Support was quick to resolve the issue. We had three accounts from two different people in our alliance get hacked. Haypi Support did a great job at responding and solving the problem in a timely fashion. Hats off!!!
Now if only we can find the person responsible!

Hope he gets it back. Thats a legitimate suggestion. This can be moved there...

you just go into kingdom management scroll down to the bottom and click forgotten password that works though I'm sure there are other ways

i suggest you message support have them run an ip check on the acount at the time of the hack and on any other haypi players
