I just found a lvl 62 city
I HAVE AN SS

Srry the quality is bad, if u don't believe me go on s4 and see for yourself

Its happened after the update. I personally have a level 39 city and a level 42 city

It seems to have happened to any subs that were taken during the level 1 issue we expierenced. I got a level 72 :shock:
