Cheaters - Support Care?

There are people that I believe to be cheating by cloning troops and items. It has been reported to support with no change. There are items showing up on the market by the thousands and people with under 20k pres having maxed techs, thousands of troops and buying resources by the millions. If they were using coin to buy the money why pay $1 each for resources vs 20,000 for each coin? Wake up support, that or start caring about your product.
Re: Cheaters - Support Care?
They probably just buy coins, you can by money with coins and you can probably get cheaper reasorces by buying on market. If you think someone is cheating then find some proof and send it to support kingdomsupport@haypi.com

Market is $1 each. One coin buys 20k resources or 2k gold. Simple math which way is easier. I can't "Prove" it but if support were to look into it they can. Question is do they care to? Plus people saw 8900 Gems on the market earlier. Easy way to tell if someone was cheating there. That would take 213,600 coin to buy. They would be able to verify a purchase that size quickly I would think. If there is an item dupe imagine the cash you could make just by selling to NPC.
Re: Cheaters - Support Care?
As for people cloning army, support definitely cares, there was someone on s15 who used his alt to clone hundreds of thousands of army and he fed them to his main account and hit top 10 within 10 minutes.
Support took away the cheating prestige within a few hours of reporting.
If you believe someone is cheating, you need some concrete proof (a screenshot of someone who is have 11k total prestige but a 200k army stationed in the city is a good start), otherwise support isn't going to just randomly ban people.

Re: Cheaters - Support Care?
All you need to do is watch the market and you see shady things happen.
I saw the 8900 gems, and they were listed at minimum, so it was easier to transfer from one account to another.
Ive also seen 270 medals listed at minimum at another time. Looks like they may be moving on to scepters now...
Plus, when you list your own resources to sell, its a VERY short list of the buyers...
This is too rampant to be coin buyers that use the coins for cash. Resources are over 1.0 each, no one spends that much $$ so inefficiently.

Re: Cheaters - Support Care?
Question is what is support going to do about it and when? Way too much currency is being pumped in the game. Throws the whole server off.
Re: Cheaters - Support Care?
I fully support this thread.
