Palringo LOADING

anyone know how to fix pal? it wot owrk on pc or itouch

yet haypi works and all other apps
i have reset springboard
hard reset
reset all settings
downloaded and deleted
bought premium!!!!!!

I regularly have the same issue with pal.
I tend to just come back later and it works *shrugs*
Not really sure how else to help, sorry.
