Colt, once i just spent all the 300 pvp coins on lvl 10 chests and keys for the fun of it. Out of one of them i got a lvl 13 horse, so if you want a lvl 15 horse ull need a lvl 10 chest

In my experience, from a chest you are most likely to get either a ring, armor, a sword, or a horse that is 1 to 2 levels higher than the level of the chest or the amount of money for each chest which is shown in the first post (ie a lvl 3 chest would give out lvl 4 to 5 treasure or 12k money, typically). Those are most likely (in my experience of opening a couple hundred chests, the above is what you will get probably 90% of the time, but that's just my experience). Manuals seem to be given out somewhat less often. Perhaps around 10% of the time (again, just in my experience) you will get treasure that is 3 levels higher than the level of the chest or you will get treasure used to level up (ie nugget, gem, medal, scepter, crown).

Chest 2 CAN contain nuggets
Chest 4 CAN contain gemstones
Chest 6 CAN contain medals
Chest 8 CAN contain scepters
Chest 10 CAN contain crowns

Just to clarify, I think these are the lowest levels at which you can obtain these treasures. So yes, you can get a nugget from a lvl 3 chest or a gem from a lvl 5 chest, etc.

I have gotten a lvl 8 ring from a lvl 3 chest twice now.

lvl 1 chest can contain (Ring lvl 3)
lvl 2 chest can contain (Ring lvl 4,5)
lvl 3 chest can contain (Ring lvl 6,7,8)

I relized that the chests change slightly every month or so, so keep an eye on that.

Would buying chests be the best way to obtain a sceptre on a server where noone sells sceptres on market?
