A title of expert deserves more benifites and the chat could be used productivly, experts should have this expecially because they paid in game tokens and dont recive finantial imbursement (AKA money). Chat could be used to discuss mutes, behavior, lurking experts, ext.

to be honest on s23 4 exerts are in one alliance so theres not much need for an expert chat lol
