coins wont download

i purchased the $9.99 coin package and it didn't give me any coins.

so i tried a second time and it says that "I have already purchased this in app purchase but it hasn't downloaded." click OK.

Then it says " sorry , something went wrong in purchase."

It does this now with all my accounts in the game ..

I checked my itunes and there is no problem with anything, everything is good. so.

How do i get a hold of a real person to fix this issue?

I purchase a lot of coins for my sons on this game and most likely they will drain a couple hundred more so if I can get this resolved the faster the better....

This is to do with the new iTunes protection system they have put in, iTunes won't allow you to make multiple purchases of the same in game purchase item within a short period of time.

Nothing haypi can do about it unless they can negotiate for an exception for them in the iTunes system.

Really? when was it put in? because i bought two of the same in games on another app only like a minute apart, and it worked just fine

Yes,Please PM Thomas in the forum or send an e-mail to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. There is also a "Report a problem" button at the bottom of the game screenshots in the app store.

You won't be able to buy too many in succession, I can buy 2 coin packs in a row as well but more than that I will have trouble.
