Prologue - Haypi Adventures #2
A once great empire, sacked by pirates. Gold, silver, ivory, and all kinds of treasures looted. Among them, eight sets of priceless relics, the pride and symbol of the emperor of the empire. The emperor promised to greatly reward the one who would bring back his beloved relics.
Thousands of people set out, looking for the pirates. Only one returned, and he did not have the relics. As the emperor’s ships caught up to the pirates, a great storm arrived. It threw the ships up against each other, up against the rocks, and simply sank some of them. The pirate ship with all the relics was thrown up in a great water spout, and was ripped apart as it flew up into the sky. The pieces flew all over, and eventually ocean currents moved them even farther.
The days of that emperor are long gone now. Many people gave up long ago, and wrote it off as a rumor. Our family hasn’t though. We still believe that the relics are somewhere out there in the great ocean.
It is your turn now, to carry on the tradition of our family. You have a simple submarine for searching the bottom, and a ship to travel and trade with. So go on now, start your adventure ……. Your Haypi Adventure
