S39 will open when s38 gets full, and it won't take long, new servers start around once a week now

It shouldn't let you get 2 accounts in the same server you'll probably end up in an earlier one.

tbh new servers arent opened when all the servers are full as there are massive gaps still in s23 so i dont think therell be many new servers soon

Either make a new account on a new iPad, iPhone, iTouch, or Droid, or once you get to level ten, a task opens up called "Create new account", and it has a button that will let you make a new account.

I tried referring GoldenRico and everything to get on s27 and it didn't work :cry:

ended up with mah task 35 acc on s28 and the account that referred Grico on s37 or s38 one of those
