THere are so many of them, and i've read a lot of them, so they r all sadly starting to look the same, i dont really have a favorite atm

Yes, there are tons of them.

Most seem to be short and choppy, without very much to build a good storyline off of.

I do like yours, but favourite is a strong word concerning others work.
