Not really. It just makes you take different types of oasis's depending on what kind of army you have. Right now there are not enough crop oasis's for everyone to support a big army. If this change was made all the oasis's would be in use and everyone could have a bigger army.

And how would it be harder? Just take oasises associated with the troops you need them for.

it would be harder because you can only hold a certain number of oasis, and in order to have a large army, you would have to sacrifice feeding them in order to hold enough oasis of each type to hold an imensly smaller army. much harder to build armies that way, and it would take longer, too.

Oh now I see what u mean. But the system right now isnt very good. Oasis's other then crop are useless. I'm on server 101 and everyone else is lvl 16+ and they have the oasis's. So it's pretty much impossible for me to have an army.

ive heard lots complain about this and have heard a rumor (im not sure if its true) that support will b putting in more oases soon...

the rumor...i believe....is true. and lion, because the other resources dont help the stronger players, the best thing to do is not change how armies work with oasis, but to just add more crop oasis, and take out n=more of the others.

Im afraid I have to agree with Yodac on this one. I think we've changed topics a bit, but I believe the current number of crop oases on s101 is insufficient for the number of people who have active accounts now on the server. Before there were more accounts, but many of them didn't need crop oases. Now, almost every account on the merged 101 server does. There are many players with lower level accounts that cannot get crop oases to feed even a small army. I think if we had the same ratio of crop oases to account number that we had with the previous server, that would eliminate some of the anxiety these players are experiencing. I am getting lots of mail about the dearth of crop oases on 101 and I encourage players to send a quick note to support with their suggestion, worded in a friendly and professional way, of course!
