asking for your account to be unbanned, is not a good start to getting your account unbanned. if you need to contact support about this, contact them at kingdomsupport@haypi.com. if you do not need to contact support, i suggest you wait out your ban.

but yodak i dont know how long my ban is and anyway i dont like s46

when you get to level 10 on s46, you can make another account. and you can still access parts of your other account, you just cant talk in wc....

Also, if you want to be unbanned, you should have to prove you did not do whatever got you banned in the first place. It doesn't matter if you do not want to be banned, nobody wants to be banned; but if you did not deserve to be banned, then please contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com and submit an appeal as to why Haypi should unban your account.

Complaining will not help. Support reads all their e-mails quite efficiently, and if they never get back to you and they do not unban you, that means they have read your e-mail, and simply do not think your account should be unbanned, but have too many e-mails to look at to send a personal response to you.

support isnt going to reply back and say, "we wish to keep you banned because etc. and we also would like you to stop emailing us." they wont send a reply of something like that, just out of principle. if you dont get an email, but you sent 50 emails to them, i guarantee they read your email.

and if they didnt reply im guessing your staying banned, they will more than likely email you if they decide to unban your account so
