Communicate with the users

Haypi you need to talk to the users and let them know what is going on.
When you have made a mistake let people know what the problems are and what is being done to fix them if you don’t user will walk to other games.

This is really basic customer service and is the minimum that you should do.

They tell the users through the experts. However some experts are not as informed >.<
If you need something the forums is usually the place to go. They are indeed working hard to fix these problems though I assure you.

They are quite Haypi to communicate direct when they release a new version why not the rest of the time??

Support does communicate directly. Just not all that frequently. Just look around. You have to also look at it from their point of view. They have much to do as well. It's amazing how much attention they actually give us.

the communication isnt great, you have to admit it takes 10 minutes to write a letter just to tell us what is happening plus i have found that there are lots of generic responses that arent great and dont inspire much hope in players. i know they have a lot of letters but it should be better
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
