Prestige from chests

Hi, I have not been playing Haypi as long as most, but already I have almost no need to open any chests, none of the rewards are needed, especially none are worth the gamble or the costs.

Many others must feel the same way, so how about Prestige being avaiable from chests, thats the one resource everyone needs and some will take a gamble on, im not saying huge amounts, but this will help the economy.

Some plus points

Chest prices will rise, helping the economy
Key prices will rise
More trading will be done, helping the community work together
Having a high chest skill will be a possibility for some

Ted but those rich enough will but all the chests and gain prestige easily and very quickly. There are ways it could be abused but I doubt its worth the effort to abuse this

It's true. But rich players already buy prestige via many methods. At least this will give a use or reason to open chests. If I knew there was a chance of 1k pres from a lvl 1, 2k from a lvl 2 etc I'd open them instead of NPC selling. It's only a chance anyway remember, might take 4-5 chests to even find the pres.

I agree that this idea has its ups and downs. I like the idea of free prestige basically, but it also can be very easily abused.

Not really sure how adding in the option of pres could be abused.
Someone still has to hunt the chest, get it in the daily gift, or coin it.
Someone still has to have the skill or key to open it.
And the pres amounts being mentioned are not astronomical. 1K Pres per chest level is a very reasonable amount.

Overall, I think this is a great idea.

Prestige is to be earned by warring mainly.
This will be very easily abused. I don't see how any good can come of it.
Players will stock up on chests in the hopes of getting prestige, then will complain when they don't..
It will take away the main purpose of the game, which is war.
