android new account bug

Using android epic 4g.
I've completed my preqs to get to task 35+
On task 36 I can't seem to find the appropriate place to create a new account.
I've deleted. Re-installed. Filed for support. Asked world chat. No help. At all.

Anyone have any ideas?

task 36, click the task then at the bottom it should say create new account there click this and enter the details for your new account. then log out of your old account and you can log into your new account and switch between the two accounts as much as you like

Create new account isn't clickable. Shaded grey

At the bottom it says get rewards and close. I click get rewards and get an error saying can't get rewards for this task!

are you lvl 10?

I am level 12*

then there is nothiing you can do but wait for supports response

Heh... I won't hold my breathe seeing how I've waited enough time for their response in my opinion.

how long have you waited? it could take between 1 to 7 days
