My understanding is that the button at the bottom left didn't change frm get reward to create new?

I hope this is detailed enough.

Can not create a new account. I am level 12. I have task 36 option. But when I open the task there is no option to create a new account. The only buttons I have are get rewards and close. The only text is shaded grey "create new account" that is unclikable. When I use the get rewards button. I receive a pop upsaying can't rewards this task! There is no create account on the start up screen or in the options only login, close, pvp login, pvp start, check default. I am on android evo-epic 4g

Did I not tell support I deleted and reinstalled? Their response was delete and reinstall. I've done that ad did it again. For heavens sakes. Can't someone help me fix this damn problem. Its getting old heh

then tell them that you have done this and that it is stil the same, you should receive better service than this considering they told you to do something that youve already told them youve done. this is not a good enough respnse but im sure they will get back to you as soon as possible, most likely they will create a new account for you

hopefull this problemcan get resolved. It seem like the only time support answers me is at 3 am my time. And by that time I'm sleeping. I sent an email with the link to this post in it. Id really like some help. Today I lost 6k inf because of force close too. I don't want to complain about that but its just a bad week on haypi for me.

yes but haypii may be in in a different time zone to you so they send responses at different times
