Exactly the same issue right now. I have lost all my troops already, I have to feed them every 3.5 hours and it's been 5 hours since I could log on. This is not the way I wanted to quit haypi.... But this is the end for me unless something drastic happens.

the only way haypi can inform everyone is by in game letters, no one can connect to the game so you cant be communicated with

There are also these forums and email addresses they took from us.

I assume they are working on it, but it is absolutely pathetic to not acknowledge their customer base at all right now.
