Chat Repeatedly Blanks Out After Updating Haypi

Mine has been doing the same I try to enter chat and it acts like it's going to load and then it stops thinking about it and stays blank. I did not start having this problem until I got my Iphone4 was using an iPhone 3GS before. And it keeps telling me i need to synchronize to the server what ever that means, and it's been two and half hours since the server maintenance and I still can log on.

the syncronise to the server is an autp message that informs you that when you click OK haypi will automatically sync with the server.

the only possible solutions haypi offers are
1. restarting the app
2. re downloading the app
3. soft/hard reset

Sorry, but I'm not going to "make do" with restarting my phone constantly. Anyone reasonable would understand, I'm sure. As my first post stated, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled haypi twice. Doing it more often is also not in my definition for conveniently using an app.

Restarting the app is of no consequence. If I don't shut the phone down, chat will not reload.

I have also had maps disappear -- leaving me with a map of blank fields (albeit only once did this happen).

The chat problem is CONSTANT. It seems if I perform a number of actions or other functions in the app -- and try to move back and forth from those to chat, then chat just goes blank and stays blank. Also there is often horrendous lag in chat now. It's almost as if there is a buffer issue and a buffer is overloaded with info and can't process more?

Whatever it is, it didn't happen before the upgrade.

I wholeheartedly agree with QueenofNo. No way I will be "making do". I will give some time for resolution because it is QUITE apparent that the majority are starting to experience the problem but have yet to report. Once the masses start to complain, I have a funny feeling this will become a priority.

I'm having same problem. I've noticed if you reload the chat around 10 times your chat reloads.

Chat is a mess at the moment.

Half our alliance is reporting issues with it.

What you are seeing reported here is the tip of the iceberg.

it should be fixed in the next update.

We have fixed chat during the maintenance on 15th, Feb and if there still exists such problem ,please feel free to tell us with more specific details.
