Chat Repeatedly Blanks Out After Updating Haypi

The problem continues to exist as explained in detail. Nothing has improved. I have literally just opened & closed chat 15 times in an attempt to communicate with someone... Anyone...being WC or AC with NO luck loading.

same here, any chat, mailbox, and individual letters can take 10 - 15 attempts to load. This is ever since the app update last week.

There is no problems its all users imagination

On a serious note its almost unuseable its either blank or wont post your message or lags for over a minute.

What more details do you want? It happens on all devices, on multiple servers, and the problem becomes more apparent after a few minutes of playing. This wasn't happening before last week's upgrade. Now go and check the changes in that upgrade and fix the issue. Please make it a priority, this is very frustrating especially for those who know how fast the app loaded beforehand.

the load time now is dissapointing making it harder to react to incoming attacks but they are trying and im sure that bug fixes have been there main priority for over a week

what do you want that's more specific than BLANK?

If you want details, be please specific about what you want -- multitudes of people are complaining about this -- chat boards that used to be continuously humming are now dead for minutes at a time... and many people don't know to come here to the boards to report the issue.

The maintainence did not do anything for me. I refuse to "make do" with restarting because other internet apps do not have this problem.
I hope this gets fixed ASAP because I find it increasingly difficult to communicate to my alliance when my chat is blank.

I must add that yesterday evening the app behaved much better, almost no glitches with mailbox and chat loaded faster too. Whatever it was, I hope it'll stay that way!

i found mine performing better and am very pleased im hoping it is solved now too
